info@norafurnish.comNo. You can ask for a single custom piece or the lighting for a whole building. Larger lists simply get a quote that reflects the volume.
It depends on what changes. A new finish or color is usually the simplest change. A new size, a different light source or new mounting takes more work. You get an exact price in writing before anything is made, and the quote is free.
Yes. Open any concept and choose Customize this look. You can ask for the whole look or just one piece, in your own size and finish.
That is fine. Tell us the room, rough sizes, the ceiling or wall you are working with and the look you like. A photo or a link helps. We will suggest what fits and ask for anything we need.
We reply to every request within 2 business days. Once you approve the quote, production and delivery usually take 4 to 7 weeks. Your quote shows the timing for your exact order.
Asking for a quote costs nothing. When you are happy with it, we send a secure Shopify invoice and you pay online. Your order goes into production after payment.
Custom and made to order pieces are built for your order, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, we replace it or refund it. Email photos to info@norafurnish.com as soon as you can and we will put it right.
No. They are design concepts created by our team to show what our lighting can do in different spaces. Every fixture shown is a real product you can buy, order in quantity or customize.
