Yes. We work from your artwork. Very detailed logos are sometimes simplified so the lines read well in light, and your quote describes exactly how the sign will look before anything is made.
How do I send my logo?
Paste a link to the file in your message, for example a shared drive link, or reply to our first email with the file attached. A clear photo works to start.
Can a sign be used outside?
Some can. Tell us where it will hang and we will confirm in your quote whether an outdoor version is possible.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can ask for a single custom piece or the lighting for a whole building. Larger lists simply get a quote that reflects the volume.
Can I return a custom or made to order piece?
Custom and made to order pieces are built for your order, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, we replace it or refund it. Email photos to info@norafurnish.com as soon as you can and we will put it right.
