Common questions

Every sign comes with a US plug in adapter and a dimmer, so you can set the brightness. The mounting hardware is included, and your quote confirms the details for your sign.
Can you make my logo?
Yes. Send a clear logo file or a link to one. Very fine details are sometimes simplified so the lines read well in light, and we send you the design to approve before anything is made.
Will my sign look exactly like the preview?
The preview is a close guide to the lettering, the color and the size. Real LED neon is bent from flexible tube, so letters join into smooth lines and some shapes are adjusted slightly. You approve the final design first.
Is it real glass neon?
No. Our signs use LED neon, which gives the same glow as classic neon but runs cool, uses little power and is far less fragile than glass.
Can a sign go outside?
Yes, choose Outdoor in the preview. We quote a version built for the weather and confirm in your quote what suits your spot.
Can I return a custom name sign?
Custom pieces are made for your order, so they are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or has a defect, we replace it or refund it. Email photos to info@norafurnish.com as soon as you can and we will put it right.
