Why This Is Special
Unlike an LED strip, this is electroluminescent wire, a flexible cord that glows evenly along its entire length rather than lighting up as a row of individual diodes. That makes it bendable into tight curves and shapes that LED strips can't follow cleanly, which is why it shows up on costumes, car interior trim, and craft projects. The wire stays thin and flexible even when wrapped tightly, so it can be sewn, taped, or threaded through fabric and small gaps. It runs on a compact battery or USB inverter, making it easy to carry along to a party or wear for the night.
You receive a bundle of two to six neon wires with a controller, in the combination selected above. Bundles run from two wires of 6.6 feet each up to six wires totalling 26.2 feet. Each option is either a USB version or a car cigarette lighter version, so check which plug you have selected before ordering.
Peel and stick the wire along the run you want to light, or hold it with the clips, then connect it to the controller and plug the controller into a USB port or a car socket. Colors, brightness, patterns and music sync are set from the phone app. The wire bends around corners and curves, which is why it suits a car dash and footwell, a desk edge, a headboard or the underside of a shelf. Cut it only where a cut mark is printed. Keep it out of standing water and away from heat sources. Wall adapters, decorative accessories and items shown in product photos are not included with purchase.
