It stands 21.65 inches tall overall, with a wall plate 3.94 inches across and an arm section of 13.58 inches, and it projects 2.76 inches from the wall. The left and right versions are mirror images of each other, so the option decides which way the arm reaches.
Choose the orientation before you order: hold your hand against the wall where it will go and note which side you want the arm to reach toward, because a left version cannot be turned around to serve as a right one. It connects to the wiring behind it rather than plugging in, so switch off the breaker before you start and confirm there is a supply at that height; an electrician will need to run it if there is none.
