Materials
- Made from an iron frame and ceramic flower shades.
- The frame, canopy and petal accents have a gold finish, and the ceramic blossoms have a smooth white glaze.
- The ceramic flowers are shaped and glazed by hand, so slight variation in color and form between flowers and between units is normal.
Care
- Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
- Dust the ceramic flowers gently one at a time and support each pendant as you clean.
- Dry the metal parts fully if they are ever wiped with a damp cloth.
- Switch the power off and let the bulbs cool before cleaning or changing a bulb.

Which size should I choose for my stairwell?
Match the size to the height of the space. The 4 and 6 light sizes suit a landing or a single tall room, while the 19, 24 and 30 light sizes are made for very tall stairwells and hotel style lobbies.
Can the hanging height be adjusted?
Yes. Each flower hangs on an adjustable cord, so you can set the drop to suit the ceiling.
Are bulbs included?
Yes. Warm white E27 LED bulbs are included, one per flower.

What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
We send a replacement at no charge, and the return costs you nothing. Email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@norafurnish.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund usually shows on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one item?

Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts and wall sconces connect to your home wiring, so we recommend a licensed electrician for those. Plug in, battery, solar and rechargeable lights need no wiring.
