Buying ceiling lights one room at a time is how a house ends up with five different fittings. This one comes in six finishes at a low enough price to do several rooms in one go, and the three color setting means you can tune each room differently without buying different fixtures. Flush mounting keeps it out of the way in rooms with normal ceiling height.

One flush mount fixture is included with its mounting plate, in the option you select, with fixed warm white and fixed white versions and versions that switch between three light colors, across six body finishes. It is 10 inches across and 3.5 inches tall, in painted metal with an acrylic diffuser, so slight color variation between batches is normal. The light source is integrated, so there is no bulb to buy or replace. It suits a room of roughly 86 to 160 square feet. It wires into a ceiling point rather than plugging in, so turn the power off at the breaker before starting and have an electrician run a supply to the spot if there is nothing there already. It sits flush to the ceiling, and it is the sort of fitting worth buying several of at once so a landing and the bedrooms off it all match.
