Why This Is Special
Set into the ground rather than mounted above it, this light marks a path or patio edge without adding a visible fixture during the day. The recessed body is sealed to keep water out, so it stands up to rain, irrigation, and general outdoor exposure over time. Its low, flush profile means it will not catch a foot, a mower, or a garden tool the way a raised light might. It gives a clean, even wash of light along the ground rather than a harsh beam, which suits a walkway or driveway edge. Wiring runs underground to the fixture, keeping cords out of sight entirely.
One light is included in the size, finish and voltage you select, with the 3.9 inch version at 2W or 6W and the 4.7 inch version at 3W or 9W, each in black or grey, and a choice of a line voltage version or a 12V version in white, warm, neutral or a colored light. The 3.9 inch bodies are 3.9 inches across and 1.38 inches high, and the 4.7 inch bodies are 4.7 inches across and 1.57 inches high, built from metal and LED components with a weather resistant finish, so slight color variation can occur between screens and the physical product. Read the option carefully because the voltage and the light color are set together, and take the version that matches the supply already at the spot. It recesses into the ground, so set the housing level with the surface and have an electrician make the connection.
