Touch the base to switch it on, and keep touching to step through the three light colors, so it can be set warm for the evening or brighter when more light is wanted. Charge it fully before first use and top it up when the light dims. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth rather than an abrasive one, since acrylic scratches.
