Why This Is Special
This COB LED strip kit is built around step by step control, meaning each stair tread can be triggered individually as a person walks up or down rather than the whole run lighting at once. The PIR motion sensor built into the kit handles activation without any manual switch. COB LEDs pack diodes closer together than standard strips, which produces a smoother, more continuous line of light along each step edge. The kit format includes the components needed for a full stair installation rather than just a bare strip. It is suited to staircases where both function, safer footing at night, and a modern lit step look are both priorities.

Includes one 3.3 foot COB strip per step, the connecting line, two motion sensors and the power supply, in the step count and color selected above. Kits run from 5 steps at 16.5 feet total up to 30 steps at 99 feet. The strips are pre spaced 13.8 inches apart on the main line, so a 16 step kit uses 18.4 feet of connecting line.
Clean and dry each tread, then peel and press one strip onto each step. Mount a sensor at the top and one at the bottom, which is what lets the lights run in whichever direction you are walking. Count your steps before ordering and pick the kit that matches, since the spacing is fixed on the line. A COB strip has no visible dots, so it reads as a solid line of light rather than a row of points. Keep the power supply indoors or under cover and out of standing water. Decorative accessories and items shown in product photos are not included with purchase.
