Why This Is Special
The two arm types are genuinely different fittings rather than a small upgrade: the fixed arm is a compact light that sits close to the wall, while the swing arm reaches out and articulates so the glass shade can be aimed at a page or a stairwell. A transparent glass shade keeps the fitting visually light, which stops a row of them along a corridor or above a dining table from feeling heavy. The joints move smoothly and hold their position rather than drifting under the weight of the shade. Sets of up to eight cover a whole hallway or restaurant wall in one order.
The fixed arm version measures 9.84 inches wide, 9.84 inches deep and 10.24 inches high and weighs 4.41 lb. The swing arm version measures 16.93 inches wide, 16.93 inches deep and 31.50 inches high and weighs 11.02 lb.
Made from metal hardware with a transparent glass shade, in a white, black or gray finish. Slight variation in the glass and the finish between pieces is normal.
Clean the glass shade with a barely damp cloth and dry it straight away. Wipe the metal with a soft, dry cloth. Switch the power off at the wall before cleaning or changing the bulb.
What ships depends on the set you select, a single lamp or a set of two, four, six or eight, in the colour and arm type you choose. Each lamp comes with a G9 bulb and its mounting hardware. Read the arm type option carefully, because the fixed arm and the swing arm are very different sizes and the swing arm version is more than twice the weight, so it should be fixed into a stud or with suitable wall anchors. The shade is closed against insects, which matters in a stairwell or a room that gets left open in summer. It is for indoor use, is hardwired, and should be fitted by an electrician with the power off at the breaker. All required hardware and assembly instructions are included.
