Why This Is Special
A linear washer throws an even sheet of light up a wall instead of the scalloped pools you get from separate spotlights, which is what makes brick or render look deliberate rather than patchy. The baffle version is worth choosing where the fitting sits at eye level, since it hides the diodes and stops the glare. Two light colours suit very different walls, with warm white flattering brick and cool white suiting grey render. It runs on low voltage, which is safer for cable laid along a bed.
Dazuma does not publish overall dimensions for this fixture. It is offered in three output levels and with or without a glare baffle.
Made from aluminum with a gray finish and a diffuser. Slight variation in finish between pieces is normal.
Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and dry it afterwards. Do not use abrasive cleaners on the finish or the lens. Clear leaves from the top of the housing so it can shed heat.
One wall washer is included per order with its mounting hardware, in the output, style and light colour you select. Read the options carefully, because each of them also lists a Transformer choice: this fitting runs on low voltage and a transformer is required, so it must either be selected here or supplied separately. The baffle version has a shield that hides the diodes and cuts glare. Have the supply and transformer fitted by an electrician with the power off at the breaker. It is sealed to IP65 against dust and rain. Decorative accessories and items shown in product photos are not included with purchase.
