Why This Is Special
The wide cap is doing the work here: it throws light straight down onto the path and keeps it out of the eyeline, which is what stops a run of path lights turning into a row of glare. Three heights let the same fixture edge a low border or clear taller planting further along the same run. At under two pounds for the short version it is easy to reposition when a bed changes. Warm light keeps a garden looking softer at night than the cold blue of most budget stake lights.
Available in three heights, 11.8 inches, 23.6 inches and 31.5 inches. All measure 9.45 inches across the cap. Weight 1.76 lb, 2.87 lb and 3.97 lb respectively.
Made from aluminum with a gray finish and a transparent acrylic shade. Slight variation in finish between pieces is normal.
Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and dry it afterwards. Do not use abrasive cleaners on the acrylic cap, which scratches. Keep soil and mulch clear of the base so water drains freely.
What ships depends on the set you select, a single light or a set of two, four, six, eight or ten, in the height you choose. Each light comes with its ground fixing hardware. The LED is built in and gives warm white light, so no separate bulb is bought and none is replaced later. It is hardwired and should be fitted by an electrician with the power off at the breaker, with the cable run in suitable outdoor conduit. It is rated IP54, so it handles rain and splashing but should not sit in standing water. Decorative accessories and items shown in product photos are not included with purchase.
