Closed it measures 9.8 inches long and 1.96 inches across; the telescopic pole raises the light to 20 inches and then to 29.3 inches. A wall adapter is not included; any standard USB charger or power bank will do.
Charge it fully before the first trip. Extend the pole to lift the light above head height inside a tent or over a table, which spreads the light instead of leaving a bright spot and hard shadows. It collapses back into its own body for packing. Press the button to switch it on and to step through the brightness levels. The large battery means it also works as a power bank for a phone in an outage. Recharge it when the light dims noticeably rather than storing it flat.
