Fluff it by hand after unpacking and every few weeks after that, since fiber fill compresses where it is sat on. It arrives compressed from shipping and takes a day or so to regain its full shape. Spot clean it with a damp cloth and mild soap rather than putting it in the machine, and let it air dry fully so the fill does not stay damp inside.
