Most wall lamps leave a visible mounting plate that interrupts the look, but this one hides its base completely so all you see is a glowing glass ball on the wall. The milky glass softens the bulb into even, glare free light that feels comfortable beside a bed or over a bathroom mirror. With round and semicircle shades in four sizes, you can run a matching pair at different scales down a hallway or flank a headboard. It puts usable light in tight spots where a table lamp or floor lamp simply will not fit.

One wall lamp is included in the shade style, color temperature and voltage you select. Round globes come in 4.7, 5.9, 7.1 and 7.9 inch diameters and semicircle shades in 5.9 and 7.1 inch widths, in a glossy or a frosted finish. The mounting base sits hidden behind the glass, so the shade is the whole visible footprint on the wall. Choose the AC 110V to 130V option for a home in the United States.
Frosted glass softens the light and hides the source while glossy glass is brighter and shows a highlight, so pick frosted for a bedside and glossy where you want more light. It connects to the wiring behind it rather than plugging in, so turn off the breaker before you start and have an electrician run a supply if there is none at that point. Fit the base to the wall first and put the glass on last, since it is the part most easily broken during installation.
