The options listed as 9.3 inches give that height, and the S, M and L options are small, medium and large versions of the same shape. The body is coated metal with a painted finish, so minor variation between pieces is normal.

It is metal rather than glass, so use a liner or a small glass inside it for fresh flowers instead of filling the vase itself, which keeps water off the painted finish. The tall trumpet shape lifts an arrangement to eye level across a table, which is what makes it read as a centerpiece rather than a side vase. Check the quantity in the option before ordering, since several options look alike apart from the count. Wipe it with a dry cloth.
