Most sconces are fixed at one color temperature, so this one covers tasks that would otherwise need two separate lights. The controls are built into the fixture, so there is no separate remote to misplace. It suits a bedroom wall where the lighting need changes between daytime tasks and nighttime relaxing. Because the settings are adjustable, it works for people sharing a space with different lighting preferences.

You receive one or two lights depending on the option selected above, in black or white, and the option also states whether a remote is included. Each light measures 2.95 inches across and 1.77 inches deep. The LED light source is built in, so no bulb is needed or included.

On the versions that include a remote, both are set from the remote rather than from the fixture, which is the reason to choose that option for a light mounted high or behind a bed. Because each light is under three inches across, they read as small points of light rather than as a main room light, and a pair spaced evenly along a wall or either side of a bed looks more deliberate than a single one.
