Why This Is Special
This solar lantern uses an LED flame simulation that flickers like a real candle, giving a porch or patio the look of an old lantern without any fire risk. It is built with a heavier metal housing than typical solar lanterns, so it hangs steady in wind instead of swinging or tipping. The waterproof casing lets it stay outside through rain without needing to be brought in. Its solar panel charges through the day and switches the flame effect on automatically once it gets dark. It suits porches, pergolas, and tree branches where a warm flicker adds atmosphere after sunset.
The option sets how many lanterns you receive, one or two. Each is 7.08 inches tall and 4 inches across, and the hanging hook adds another 6.3 inches. The solar panel and rechargeable battery are built in, so there is no wiring to run and no batteries to buy.
Hang it from a branch, a shepherd hook or a bracket where the panel on top gets direct sun for most of the day, since shade is the usual reason a solar light runs for only an hour or two. The flame effect flickers rather than holding steady, so it reads best at eye level or below where the movement is visible. It charges through the day and comes on by itself at dusk.
